Luxx Pieces Refund/Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Luxx Pieces! We truly appreciate you supporting our brand by shopping with us. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns

Due to sanitary/hygiene reasons and the nature of our products All Sales Are Final!  We do not accept returns, order cancellations, or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind after purchase/after receiving item
  • Incorrect style or personal preference
  • Accidental damage after delivery
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered
  • Buyer's remorse

Damaged/Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you have received an incorrect item due to packing error we will gladly replace the item or issue a store credit. To qualify, you must:

  • Contact us a luxxpieces@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number
  • Include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of the original packaging

 Once we review and approve your claim, we will provide instructions for the next steps. Approved claims may receive a replacement, or store credit only. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.


Order Accuracy

We strongly encourage customers to review measurements, color, shipping address and product details carefully before purchasing. Luxx Pieces LLC is not responsible for orders or information input incorrectly by the customer.
